Our Liability to You
(a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, all rights, remedies, conditions, guarantees, and implied warranties in respect to goods or services provided by TruckStop are excluded unless explicitly stated in these Terms.

Your TruckStop Account

(c) If you add your existing vehicle's details to your TruckStop account, you're okay with us providing those details to car dealers when you make a vehicle enquiry, so they can offer you trade-in deals. You can opt out of this at the time of enquiry.
(d) If you create a username and user profile photo for your TruckStop account, we may display these publicly on TruckStop, including in adverts or one-to-one messages.
